Workflows

Designed to help measure, track, iterate and streamline common business processes.

In Elate, a workflow is a series of steps that can be configured with variables to ensure specific work is completed in a uniform way.

Get Started

Any task can be a Workflow

Create Tasks & Subtasks

Creating tasks and subtasks for repeatable processes starts the same way tasks are created for any other purpose in Elate. The main difference is that these  tasks may have information that is later converted into variables to improve organization, tracking, and delegation.

Define the Process

To define a process for creating a workflow, Elate will prompt users to start identifying the key steps involved, confirm their sequence, role assignment, and then visually present the information organized in a flowchart.

Measure & Track

Once a Workflow is created it can be used by itself or as part of a larger system. Anytime its used the metrics are tracked for visibility and reporting purposes. This is commonly used for People Operations, Human Resources, and Sales.
