How to Access Best Case Software from your Pixelbook (Chromebook)

‍This Article will walk you through the steps to set up remote access to Best Case Software using a remote desktop tool on your Pixelbook/Chromebook.

Steps:

1. Install a Remote Desktop Tool.

Note: Choose a suitable remote desktop tool for your Pixelbook (e.g., Chrome Remote Desktop).

2. Open the remote desktop tool on your Pixelbook and add the computer/device that you need to remote using its IP address (e.g. the computer or server with Best Case software).

3. Enter your account credentials (username and password), and login.

Note: if you do not recall your login credentials or the intended IP address (service), please contact Elate support.

4. Once connected, you should be able to see the server's desktop.

5. Locate and launch the BestCase software application.
