When creating a project schedule from Sync for Procore, please note that you won't be able to setup a connection if your Procore project already has an uploaded schedule.
This may result to this error message “Procore Request Error: You cannot modify resources on projects that have schedules uploaded” which you'll be able to see when you go to the 'view sync' tab.
In order to solve this, please follow the steps below to clear your schedule in Procore:
1. First, go to login.procore.com and enter your username and password to login.
2. Once logged in, you will be taken to the home page where the list of project you sync will be listed. Select the project you want to clear the schedule.
3. Once the project is selected, you will be taken to the Project Home page
4. Next, you need to click on “Project Tools” drop down arrow and select “Schedule”
5. In the schedule page, click the “Gear icon” button at the top left corner.
6. The schedule settings should appear and you need to click “File management”.
7. Then look for the 3 dots besides the “upload via browser button” and select “Clear schedule”
8. Lastly, a warning pop up window will appear, just click “Clear” and that should clear your project schedule.
