How to Connect Calendar Items (2 way sync)


1. Go to sync.procore.com and login your account.

2. To connect a project, click the “Connect Project” button located on the upper right corner of the page.

2. It will redirect you to the list of your Procore projects. From here, select the Procore project that you wish to use. You have two options to connect. (1) Quick Set-Up or (2) Connect. The “Quick Set-Up” automatically creates all the schedule files. While the “Connect” lets you manually create the schedule file.

Additional Note: After your selection, there will be a prompt asking if you have an existing project schedule file/template. If you choose yes, it will then ask you to select the schedule file from a list. If you choose No, it will automatically generate a default schedule file (Recommended - choosing NO to avoid any mismatch issues).

3. Then you will be redirected to the Project Schedule Page. Click Project or Private Calendar Items. Either of the two has the feature for 2-way sync. Here you can see the status of your connected project. You can “Pause” the synchronization process of your project. Also, you can “Disconnect”, ” Open” or “Rematch Column” the schedule file that you are using.


4. Click the “Open” button to see the actual Smartsheet file. It will redirect you to the Smartsheet/Microsoft Project Online page.

5. Edit your schedule, then click Save. Navigate to the Procore schedule and wait for it to sync.

6. Once synced in Procore, click the task you want to edit and hit save. Navigate back to the schedule file and refresh.
