Note: Sync for Procore is only compatible with Microsoft Project License Plans P3 and P5. These License Plans are the only License Plans that use the ‘Project Web App’ template which allows you to have a Project Web App URL.
1. Open your browser and navigate to https://admin.mcirosoft.com/ and login.
2. Once logged in, click on Users > Active Users.
3. Search for the user on the search box.
4. Highlight the user and click on manage product license.
5. Licenses and apps section will appear. Check Project Plan 3 or Project Plan 5.
(Note: There should be an available license before proceeding. Otherwise, adding licenses is needed and should be done on the billing page.
6. Lastly, once done, please click on ‘Save. changes”
